When the beverage is produced, the beverage manufacturer quickly fills the bottle along the conveyor belt. To ensure customer satisfaction and protect brand reputation, bottles must be fully and evenly filled. Measure and verify the amount of liquid in each bottle to reduce waste and rework. At the bottling plant, product quality testing uses vision sensors to identify bottles that are overfilled or underfilled.
Using the pixel counting tool, the relative presence or absence of liquid can be detected. An unfilled bottle registers too few pixels, and an over-full bottle registers too many. Check for non-conforming bottle trigger discharge function. Vision sensors that perform pass/fail inspections are mounted on the conveyor belt and check the volume or level of liquid as the bottle flows through. After these tests, we can ensure that each bottle of drink is the same amount of oh.
